Applying For Graduation
Whether you are a dual-diploma or full-time student, when you believe you have completed the Graduation Requirements of your program, you should submit an Application for Graduation here.
Physical copies of diplomas will be mailed. Physical copies are only issued once a year.

Need a transcript sent directly to a school or university?
Official Transcripts are certified records, and students should only request a transcript if they are applying to a university or transferring schools/programs.
When applying to a university, an OFFICIAL transcript can be sent directly to the university, from registrar to registrar. If this is required, please complete the following form by clicking here.
Note: when applying for graduation from STM, students will already be given an opportunity to designate the destination of their Final transcript. No need to submit an additional transcript request if this is the case.
